OPERATIONAL MINISTRIES
Operational Ministries relate to the temporal functions of the parish. They include
areas which deal with the business operations, facilities management,
the running of the Parish Office, and the janitorial upkeep of the
properties. Specifically: business, facilities, office, and
maintenance ministries. For any information regarding Operational
Ministries, please contact Joe Lamb at (215) 482-4264, ext. 14 or at

Business Ministries: These
ministries are exercised by a group of dedicated parishioners who
assist the Business Manager with matters that pertain to the financial
operations of the parish. They focus their efforts on the day-to-day
financial matters that effect the parish budget, help coordinate the
generation of revenue through the conducting of weekly Bingo nights, and
serve as collection counters of the monies which are received from
parishioners.
Facilities Ministries: These ministries are exercised by individuals who provide
assistance to the Facilities Manager. More specifically, these
individuals comprise three different groups each of which has a unique
role. The St. Joseph's Club is made up of a group of men who perform
maintenance work on all of the parish's buildings. The Ladies Aid group
is made up of a group of women that provides assistance at special
events and coordinates some parish-sponsored trips. The Food Service
group prepares and coordinates food for parish events.
Office Ministries: This ministry
is exercised by a number of volunteers who assist the Office Manager
with a variety of tasks such as the coordination of parish mailings,
the maintaining of parish recordkeeping, filing, the answering of
phones, and other clerical duties.
Maintenance Ministries: This
ministry is comprised of individuals who assist the parish maintenance
man and housekeepers related tasks to ensure that the cleanliness of the
rectory, church, and meeting rooms is properly maintained. These
individuals also address the maintenance and upkeep of the outdoor
grounds of the parish properties.
